Risk Partner – Regulatory Reporting

Our service is to provide our customers with advice, solutions and reports.  The scope covers regulatory reports but also internal and ad hoc reports.

Our consultancy is based on a profound knowledge of the regulatory requirements and a long experience in this area.

We provide “Solutions” through the selection and implementation of standard software packages in this area, specific developments for our customers and also the production for the customer of certain reports.

We assist our customer during the implementation, upgrades and maintenance of standard software. We developed an expertise in the “Fermat”, and our own “Regrisk” software solutions.

Our development team can develop for you specific solutions to report in XML and XBRL and with the use of our consultancy we are able to develop such solutions in a very short time frame and in line with the supervisory regulation. Specific developments can be of interest when part of the reporting already exists, and where the performance of the reports in questions should be increased.

We developed also our own regulatory reporting software “RegRisk”, that covers the regulatory risk computation and reporting, the financial regulatory reporting, and the production of internal and ad hoc reportings in the different areas.

We also provide the service of producing the reporting for certain institutions (In Belgium) where we receive the data and provide the reports.  Within this service we provide beside the delivery of the reports, advice, consultancy on regulations, changes and can provide additional analytical data Input.

Today we cover with our software all reports for the CSSF, the CBFA and the DNB. The coverage concerns financial reports such as Finrep, Schema A, Corep, Pillar III data tables, ICAAP risk data information and analyses and other reports.

We developed a list of “Best practices“  in the reporting side, that ensure that reporting can be provided on a consistent, robust an reliable manner.  We offer to review, implement, improve, do the institution’s reporting processes.
